How do I purchase online?

We offer online purchasing through Nature’s Pantry, our retail partner.  You can order and pay through the link to their website and pick your purchase up curbside during their store hours.

How is your beef aged?

Our butcher uses a dry aging process.  Our beef hang to dry age in a temperature controlled, USDA inspected facility for 10-14 days

Can I buy a whole, half or quarter and cut it up myself?

Yes, our butcher can provide whole USDA carcasses that you can cut yourself, they will simply charge you for a kill fee.

What is the wait time for ordering a quarter of half a beef?

It depends on how much demand we have at a given time.  Currently, we have a 1-3 month wait time for halves and quarters.
